The Harkless Drive Dike project is officially underway. The proposed dike site is located at the far west end of what is known as the “Hawaiian Village neighborhood.” The site has now been cleared in preparation for the early construction phases of the project. The next step is to use soil borings to determine how deep the sheet pilings need to ensure structural integrity.
