Keeping our marina clean and responsible boating is essential for protecting our environment and to create a pleasant experience for all lake goers. Here are some tips on how we can do that:

• Proper Waste Disposal: Ensure that all trash, including plastics, fishing lines, and other waste, is disposed of in designated bins. Use waste bags to manage waste on board until you can dispose of it properly on land.
• Eco-Friendly Products: Use biodegradable and non-toxic products when cleaning your boat. Here is what to look for when finding eco-friendly boat cleaning products and some product examples.
• Regular Maintenance: Keep your boat well-maintained to prevent leaks of oil, fuel, and other hazardous substances. Use a bilge sock and change regularly.
• Educate Others: Share information about clean boating practices with fellow boaters. Encourage others to follow these guidelines to keep the marina clean.
